METHOD FOR INJECTION-MOLDING OF LIGNOCELLULOSIC RESIN COMPOSITION INTO CASE AND LIGUNOCELLULOSIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case injection molding method enabling injection molding of a case from a lignocellulosic resin composition and thus enabling the improvement of the production efficiency and a lignocellulosic resin composition for use in the method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a case 100 has a kneading process S5 after a vapor treatment process S2 and before a molding process S8. In the kneading process S5, a biodegradable resin and a lubricant are kneaded with a lignocellulosic material in which a lignocellulosic modifier has been produced, in a ratio of the biodegradable resin of≥5 wt.% relative to the total weight of the kneaded product comprising the biodegradable resin and the lignocellulosic material. The kneading improves the fluidity of the lignocellulosic material containing the lignocellulosic modifier and enables injection molding of a case 100, resulting in the improvement of the production efficiency, compared with methods based on compression molding of the case 100.
