PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of diagnosing whether or not the A/D conversion is adequately performed to the output value not only within the range but also outside the range even under a situation in which only the output value within a limited range is obtained from a detection means (for example, a torque sensor and a G sensor) for changing the output value according to the physical quantity to be measured (for example, immediately after turning on an ignition switch). SOLUTION: An input terminal 14 for connecting a torque sensor 3 to change the analog voltage to be output according to the physical quantity to be measured, and transistors TR1, TR2 as switching means for inspection are connected in parallel to input sides of A/D converters 12a, 13a.
