PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether a booster is needed to receive a digital terrestrial television broadcasting signal. SOLUTION: The output signal of an antenna element 2 for receiving the digital terrestrial television broadcasting signal is supplied to a variable attenuator 4.
