PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device capable of alleviating an collision sound, regardless of the size of the looseness of an operating body. SOLUTION: The switching device 100 is provided with an operating body consisting of a knob 10 and a slider 20, a fixing guide member 30 for supporting the operating body capable of sliding movement according to an external force, and a switch 50 which returns the operating body to an initial position by releasing the external force. A grease storage part 32, which stores grease, is formed in the fixing guide member 30, and an insertion rod 23 which moves in the grease stored in the grease storage part 32, accompanying return to the initial position, is formed in the slider 20.
