PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flanged needle roller bearing capable of easily improving lubricating performance without separately providing a lubricating device. SOLUTION: The flanged needle roller bearing is provided with a plurality of needle rollers 13, a retainer 14 for holding the plurality of the needle rollers 13, and an outer ring 11 having an outer ring raceway surface 11a where the needle roller 13 is rolled on an inner peripheral surface and a pair of flanges 17 protruding to the radial inner side on axial both sides of the outer ring raceway surface 11a.
