PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle engine accessory arrangement structure, wherein an alternator is arranged apart from a floor over an engine room, where travelling wind flows, for forcing hot air flowing out of the alternator to flow behind the engine room with the flow of the travelling wind to prevent the temperature rise of the vehicle floor over the engine room, and an inclined portion of an oil pan guides the travelling wind toward the alternator for improving the cooling effect of the alternator to improve the power generating performance of the alternator, thereby solving the problems of less comfort in a vehicle room resulting from the hot air flowing out of the alternator or lower power generating performance of the alternator. SOLUTION: The alternator is arranged over the oil pan which is arranged on the lower side of an engine, where it is located lower than the floor in front of the engine room.
