PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology for surely preventing accumulation of deposit, in a flow passage arranging member arranged in a flow passage for flowing gas of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This intake device 100 is constituted by covering both parts of an outer peripheral end surface 104a of a throttle valve 104 and an opposed surface 102a opposed to the throttle valve 104 among respective parts of a bore part 102, with a coating film 110 having a high oil slip-down property and dispersing a lipophilic component and an oil-repellent component.
