PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device improved in winding performance at the start of the winding of a band body. SOLUTION: This winding device is characterized by comprising a first guide liner 8 forming a belt wrapper and disposed oppositely to the outer diameter surface 2a of a tension reel 2 rather closer to the winding start position S side than an output side guide roller 3b where a belt 4 is disposed at the position separated from a tension reel 2 and a second guide liner 9 disposed oppositely to the outer diameter surface 2a of the tension reel 2 on axially both sides of the output side guide roll 3b and extending toward the first guide liner 8.
