PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective individual lock bicycle parking system in which one bicycle to a large number of bicycles can be installed at from a small scale to a large scale parking place even in the bicycle having different diameters of a front wheel of the bicycle and only one point is automatically and individually locked when the pushed front wheel is inputted. SOLUTION: The same operations of lock bars 1, 2 and 3 of a parking rack and wheel bars 4, 5 and 6 are attached to a lock device base plate 13 having a rotation body 7 constituted in an inclined form, and these are rotated in the operation form. The wheel of the bicycle is firstly turned to a rotation stop point position, i.e., a wheel bar 6 position from the time when the wheel of the bicycle is ridden on the wheel bar 4, namely at the time of contact, and the tip of the lock bar 1 covered so that a tip pop-out function is performed by the inclination of the lock device base plate 13 is turned to the popped out lock bar 3 position.
