PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital ATC system which does not infringe or change a control frequency zone of a ground device (train detection, crossing control and the like) related to existing train control, and has no usage restriction of a frequency zone of a digital ATC signal carried to an on-vehicle device. SOLUTION: Control signals of crossing control devices 10a, 11a, and the digital signal 1a, 2a, 3a choose different frequency zones. To the digital ATC signal which a train 30 receives during traveling on a track circuit 1T, the information of the digital ATC signal 2a which the next track circuit 3T should receive is added. Therefore, when entering the track circuit 3T, the train 30 can receive the digital ATC signals without problems even if the frequency zone of the digital ATC signal received by the previous track changes.
