PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steering column cover facilitating work for integrating an upper cover and a lower cover. SOLUTION: The steering column cover has a rotation shaft 5L projecting out to the inner surface of the peripheral wall 4a of the lower cover 4, and an engaging piece 5U provided on the upper cover 3 and rotatably engaged with the rotating shaft 5L. The steering column cover is equipped with a hinge mechanism 5 capable of relatively rotating the upper cover 3 and the lower cover 4 around the rotating shaft 5L, and an engaging mechanism 6 making the upper cover 3 engaged with the lower cover 4 at least in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 5L at a position separating in the diametrical direction of the rotating shaft 5L from the rotating shaft 5L.
