PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear door structure of a vehicle capable of more certainly securing silence of the vehicle in comparison with a conventional rear door structure. SOLUTION: This rear door structure 1 of the vehicle V has an inner panel 6 arranged on the indoor side and an outer panel 5 arranged on the outdoor side, the inner panel 6 is furnished with a frame part 9 of a shape along an outline of a rear door 2, a pair of reinforcing parts 10, 10 extending roughly in a V letter shape toward both side part sides from the lower part side of the frame part 9 and a lateral beam 7 forming a lower frame part of a window frame part 8 provided on an upper part of the frame part 9, wherein a reinforcing member 4 is characteristically mounted in a straddling fashion in between the lateral beam 7 and the outer panel 5.
