PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can demonstrate stable performance over a long period of time and laminated glass and a glass sheet using the laminates. SOLUTION: In the laminate, a metal oxide layer composed of a metal oxide and a silver alloy layer composed of a silver alloy are laminated alternatively in turn on at least one side of transparent resin film of a substrate film. The metal oxide layer is laminated to be positioned on the surface of the laminate. The layers can be laminated on one side or on both sides of the transparent resin film.
