PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature rise inside a storage part from affecting the outermost layer or the outside by imparting the solidity of an inner surface, the function of preventing intrusion of moisture to the inside of a wall part and a heat insulating property to the wall part itself of the storage part, to form the wall part by inexpensive constitution without a problem even if the outermost layer is constituted of a combustible material, and to widen an effective utilization space inside the storage part without the need of providing a separate heat insulation material through a gap as a conventional one. SOLUTION: A door 6 is freely openably and closably provided at the opening 1 of the storage part 2 in which at least one surface is formed into the opening 1 and the other surfaces are closed. A socket 27 is provided inside the wall part 9 of the storage part 2. The wall part 9 of the storage part 2 is constituted of a surface layer 10 composed of a steel sheet, an intermediate layer 11 formed of a noncombustible material with the heat insulating property, and the outermost layer 12 formed of the combustible material.
