An electrical fuse circuit, a memory device, and an electronic component are provided to prevent write operation error of an electric fuse, through precharge operation. A capacitor(101) constitutes an electrical fuse. A write circuit breaks insulation of the capacitor, by applying a voltage to both ends of the capacitor according to a write signal. A precharge circuit precharges the ports of the capacitor. A plurality of sets of the capacitor and the write circuit is installed, and the write circuit of each set applies the voltage to the capacitor according to the write signal at different timing.
