<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution such that a medium to be recorded present between two detecting means can suitably be recognized. <P>SOLUTION: A laser printer 1 includes a form conveying belt 58 which conveys a form along a conveyance path and a developing cartridge 27 forming an image on the form 3, and further includes a first sensor which detects presence/no presence of the form at a first position on the conveyance path and a second sensor which detects presence/no presence of the form at a second position on the conveyance path. Further, the laser printer is provided with an EEPROM which stores information showing that no presence of the form is detected from a state the form is detected by the first sensor, and the second sensor does not detect the form even once. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
