<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a pilfer-proof band which is not rattled at a spout, or hardly detached intentionally. <P>SOLUTION: In the cap with the pilfer-proof band, a cylindrical cap body having an opening part on the lower side is connected to the pilfer-proof band having a plurality of flaps on an inner side of a ring shape via a plurality of connections cut off at the initial unsealing.
