<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output system and an output management server which allow an output destination device of an already supplied job to be changed by user's simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: When an output instruction designating a first output device 10a as an output destination and output object data are transmitted from an information processing terminal 20 to a server 30 (P1), the server 30 holds them therein in association with the designated output destination and makes reservations for output to the designated first output device 10a (P2 and P3). Normally, the first output devices 10a informs the server 30 that processing of a reserved job is executable when being able to execute the processing, and the server 30 transfer data to the first output device 10a in response to the information. When the server receives an output destination change request from the information processing terminal 20 before the transfer (P11), the server 30 changes internal management information of held data to cope with the change of the output destination (P12 and P13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
