<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of unnecessary information transmission in acquisition of information about usage, which cannot be transmitted/received while communication between an extension management device 101 and an image formation device 102 is disabled. <P>SOLUTION: A user authentication module 211 of the extension management device 101 stores user identification information of a user in a login condition in a login user information database 212 and acquires the information, which cannot be acquired while the communication with the image formation device 102 is disabled, about usage of the image formation device 102 by the user identified by the user identification information from the image formation device 102 when disabled communication with the image formation device 102 is enabled and the user identification information is stored in the login user information database 212. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
