<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method, and a system for host printing, which provide a technology for pursuing and controlling the host printing in printer usage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the host printing, for example, comprising the steps of: maintaining a measurement number of pages for the host printing, which are printed by a printer device based on a print job sent from each of a plurality of transmission host terminals, during a pre-determined period of time; receiving a communication for the print job sent from the transmission host terminal; using information for a network address included in the communication for the print job sent from the transmission host terminal; and obtaining the measurement number of pages for the host printing, which is maintained for the print job sent from the transmission host terminal during the pre-determined period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
