<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a rental rate on the basis of the minimum business charge and a business charge corresponding to the sales amount of merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: A store computer 13 comprises: a divisional sales information accumulating part 100 for storing divisional sales information received from a POS terminal 12; a house rent by tenants setting part 110 for setting the minimum business charge and a collection rate by divisions; a divisional business charge calculating means for operating divisional sales amounts stored in the divisional sales information and divisional collection rate to calculate a divisional business charge; a business charge accumulating means for operating respective calculated divisional business charges to accumulate the business charges; and a business charge comparing means for comparing the accumulated business charge with the minimum business charge. The minimum business charge is adopted as a rental rate when the minimum business charge exceeds or be equal to the business charge as a result of being compared by the business charge comparing means, and adopts the business charge as the rental rate when the business charge exceeds the minimum business charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
