<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize monitoring system in a facility for monitoring the inside of the facility. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring part 105a in a facility detects a person entering a facility and a person leaving the facility (entering or leaving person) on the basis of an output of an entrance/exit checking device 109 to monitor an entering/leaving person, manages the attendance/absence of facility workers to determine whether an entering/leaving person is a facility worker, monitors the entering/leaving person when determined not to be a facility worker, and monitors a facility worker and also controls so as to manage the attendance/absence of the worker when determined that the entering/leaving person is the worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
