PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure and an electronic device, in which a spring coil 3 that is to be an electrode is surely brought into butt-contact with a cell electrode and insertion of a cell is facilitated. SOLUTION: The electrode structure is used for a cell case 4 into which / from which a dry cell 11 is inserted/detached in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the dry cell 11, one end of a coil spring 3 is latched to the cell case 4, and another end of the coil spring 3 is provided with a cell-insertion guide piece 1. A cell-insertion surface 6 of the cell-insertion guide piece 1 is inclined toward a bottom of the cell case 4, whereby the cell-insertion guide piece is deviated toward the cell-case electrode surface 6 at the time of insertion of the cell. The coil spring 3 takes a configuration to be fixed as an electrode in a substantially central position of the cell-insertion guide piece 1. In this way, the dry cell 11 can be inserted easily.
