PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger easy to operate, capable of downsizing, and further, capable of applying to a various types of secondary batteries with different dimensions. SOLUTION: The secondary battery installation portion 21 of a charger is capable of slide movement to a main body part 20, and is housed in the main body part 20 when not in use, and is pulled out of the main body part 20 so as to be positioned at a plurality of positions corresponding to the plurality of secondary batteries with different dimensions when in use.
