PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the safety test of a power storage and supply device while sampling an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This testing machine is constituted of a booth 1 for performing the safety test of a power storage and supply device 100, an exhaust gas treatment part 2 capable of treating the exhaust gas discharged from the power storage and supply device 100, an exhaust gas sending-out part 3 for sending out the exhaust gas to the exhaust gas treatment part 2 from the booth 1 corresponding to the treatment capacity of the exhaust gas treatment part 2, and an exhaust gas sampling part 7 capable of sampling the exhaust gas.
