PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data transmission/reception between information processing equipment and on-vehicle electronic equipment without enhancing danger during driving. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic equipment mounted on a vehicle is provided with a connection means connected to the information processing equipment carried with the vehicle, a data transmitting/receiving means responding to the data transmission/reception request from the information processing equipment and performing data transmission/reception with respect to the information processing equipment, and a vehicle state detecting means for detecting the traveling state and the stop state of the vehicle. The data transmitting/receiving means performs the data transmission/reception with respect to the information processing equipment when the vehicle is in the stop state, and does not perform the data transmission/reception with respect to the information processing equipment when the vehicle is in the traveling state.
