PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense coins different in diameter freely as it is without of exchanging the dispensing member or adjusting the position. SOLUTION: At a part of a coin housing hopper (H) surrounding a perforated disk rotor (D), a port (17) to lead a coin from a coin carrying path (G) by the rotation of the rotor is notched. An opening width (W2) between a coin dispensing roller (35) facing the upstream side and a separate roller (36) facing the downstream side is kept smaller than the diameter of the smallest coin (Cs), and an opening width (W3) between the upstream side opening edge of the coin lead-out port (17) and the separate roller is kept wider than the diameter of the maximum coin (Cl). Also, the upstream side opening edge of the coin dispensing port is formed as a coin guiding wall surface (58) for smoothly dispensing the coins when the rotor is normally rotated and raking the coins into the coin carrying path and returning them when the rotor is reversely rotated.
