PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can deal with more step-up rates while preventing increase in chip area, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 101 includes switches SW1-SW11 connected electrically with capacitors C1-C3 and a COUT, and external terminals T1-T5 and a TOUT. The switch SW 10 has a first terminal connected electrically with the second terminal of the capacitor C2 and a second terminal connected electrically with the first terminal of the capacitor C3, the switch SW 11 has a first terminal connected electrically with the second terminal of the capacitor C1 and a second terminal connected electrically with the first terminal of the capacitor C3, and the second terminal of the capacitor C3 is connected with the ground potential.
