PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal capable of efficiently performing processing in transmitting/receiving content data being a copyright protection object. SOLUTION: The radio terminal 1 stores a management table 14 where content data identification information, which contains the URL of data and copyright information indicating whether the data is the copyright protection object or not, collected by acquiring parts 12, 13,, and communication line setting information, which contains a network identifier to be used for establishing communication with a radio base station connected in data communication, and frequency channel information, are registered by correspondence by each content data. A communication control part locates the radio base station, to which a transmitting/receiving part 11 is connected, in order to acquire the data through the use of the communication line setting information registered in the management table 14 when the copyright information, which is registered in the management table 14 by correspondence to the data, indicates the copyright protection object when a content data acquisition request is received.
