PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and cooking apparatus with heater which can offer improved usability and assured safety efficiently.

SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus and cooking apparatus with heater includes a judgment section 6 which makes judgment of normal operation when a fault detector 8 detects any fault in an operating section 4 excluding a primary operating section and a next input operating section, and makes judgment of faulty operation when the fault detector 8 detects any fault in the primary operating section and the next input operating section, thereby efficiently offering improved usability to users.
