PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device constituted so that a noise may be prevented from entering the signal line of an imaging cable that is inserted through an endoscope even when the noise enters an electric cable other than the imaging cable. SOLUTION: The endoscopic device 1 includes: the imaging cable 17 with the signal line 17a and a shield jacket 17b extending from a CCD 15; and the electric cables 18, 23 and 24; arranged in the endoscope 2. The electric cables 18, 23 and 24 and the imaging cable 17 are connected to a circuit board 8a etc., provided in a connector box 14. The connector box 14 is partitioned by a partitioning member 37 into a first cable arrangement part 35 and a second cable arrangement part 36. The signal line 17a covered with the shield jacket 17b and the electric cables 18, 23, and 24 are insertion-arranged in the second cable arrangement part 36, and the signal line 17 uncovered from the shield jacket 17b is insertion-arranged in the first cable arrangement part 35.
