PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic disturbance wave measuring system that divides the measurement of the amplitude probability distribution of the disturbance wave over a wide band into a plurality of frequency bands, performs the measurent correctively, and outputs data indicating the measurement result easy-to-recognize, and also to provide a selection system of electronic/electrical apparatuses using it. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic disturbance wave measuring system receives electric wave signals, selects signals of the frequency band to be measured from the input signals, frequency-converts the output signals into digital signals, selects signals of a plurality of frequencies, acquires each amplitude probability distribution by performing signal processing, and selects and outputs data to be output. In preparing the amplitude probability distribution, the selected signals of the plurality of frequencies are quantized, their statistical distribution is determined, and a group of signal intensity and intensity frequency for every specified frequency is outputted. The starting time and completion time of the quantization are common in each amplitude probability distribution preparing means, and the measuring data at the same time is obtained.
