PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device capable of preventing interference of a cooling fan with a heat exchanger when traveling on a submerged road by a simple method. SOLUTION: This heat exchange device has the heat exchanger 10 for making a heat exchange medium flow inside, an axial cooling fan 230a generating cooling air for cooling the heat exchange medium, a duct-shaped fan shroud 210 guiding the cooling air so as to pass through the heat exchanger 10, and an electric motor 220a driving the cooling fan 230a, and is mounted on a vehicle. A rotary shaft 232a of the cooling fan 230a is arranged in the horizontal direction. The fan shroud 210 is provided with a fan suppressing member 216 extended to the rotary shaft 232a side from the outer diameter side of the cooling fan 230a, with a predetermined clearance (d) to the cooling fan 230a, in a lower side area than a position of the rotary shaft 232a and in an area between the heat exchanger 10 and the cooling fan 230a.
