PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump superior in drainage efficiency and responsiveness of a switching valve, and a dish washer mounted with this pump. SOLUTION: This switching valve 40 has a first receiving part 42 having a cover part 41 blocking up a second outflow port 30c, a second receiving part 43 formed at an angle different from the first receiving part 42, and a guide part 45 connecting these parts. A water flow receiving part 43a is formed so as to extend more than a connecting position of the guide part 45 and the second receiving part 43. The switching valve 40 performs opening operation of the second outflow port 30c by receiving water in a flow passage 11 by the second receiving part 43 and the water flow receiving part 43a.
