PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treating device avoiding canister contamination by dust in outside air while inhibiting cost increase. SOLUTION: A control unit (C/U) 4 controls a three-way valve 31 to establish communication between a canister 3 and a cabin space (first space) of a vehicle when purge is executed and to establish communication between the canister 3 and a vehicle outside space (second space) when purge is stopped.
