PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling method capable of surely peeling a laminated sheet formed of several attached sheets without damaging it, and to provide a peeling device for the same. SOLUTION: The peeling device consists of a support base 9 for positioning and holding the laminated sheet 8 formed of several attached sheets by placing it thereon, an oscillation source 10 having a vacuum suction part and for peeling up a surface layer sheet 8a by applying oscillation after making the vacuum suction part abut on one part of the laminated sheet 8 to suck it for holding, and a peeling means 12 for peeling the peeled-up surface layer 8a from the whole surface of the laminated sheet 8 by moving, while holding, the peeled up surface layer sheet 8a. The surface layer sheet 8a is peeled up by making the oscillation source 10 abut on the corner part of the laminated sheet 8 and applying oscillation thereto. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
