PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw feed device of a continuous screw tightening machine capable of effectively preventing a screw of a screw connecting strip from being deflected. SOLUTION: The screw feed device of the continuous screw tightening machine 1 is equipped with a screw supply mechanism 4 which supplies the screw connecting strip B into a base casing 2 in conjunction with relative movement between the base casing 2 and a feeder casing 3, and a deflection prevention mechanism 8 for preventing the deflection of the screw Sa positioned at the head of the screw connecting strip. The deflection prevention mechanism 8 has a tilting member 8a provided at the feeder casing 3 so as to be tiltable. The tilting member 8 has an attraction part 8a1 which is positioned at the front of the supply direction of the screw Sa at the head and attracts the screw Sa at the head by utilizing a magnetic force.
