PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte separator capable of efficiently separating an electrolyte when the electrolyte is separated from a solution containing the electrolyte and a non-electrolyte and having an effect even in the separation of the electrolyte composed of polyvalent ions, and an electrolyte separation method. SOLUTION: The electrolyte separator is composed of a dialytic tank which keeps a raw liquid chamber and a dialytic liquid chamber arranged through an ion permeation film, and the dialytic liquid chamber equipped with an AC electrode.
