PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission which is excellent in transmission efficiency of power, easily reduced in size/weight, and can continuously change speed. SOLUTION: In the transmission for a vehicle, first and second drive shafts 4, 11, and a third drive shaft 12 and a first driven shaft 13 are disposed on the mutually parallel axis. A first differential mechanism 5 is disposed coaxially with each of the drive shaft 4, 11. A first motor 6 is connected to a repulsion element of a first differential mechanism 5. A second first mechanism 7 is disposed coaxially with a third drive shaft 12. A second motor 8 is connected to the repulsion element of the second differential mechanism 7. A transmission mechanism 22 for starting is disposed on the axis parallel to the third drive shaft 12 to amplify and transmit a torque of the third drive shaft 12 to the second driven shaft 23.
