Fibrous blanks (3) are laid down onto the molding (1) surface (2), which includes openings (12). These supply a matrix material into the blank. The openings (12) are grooves in the surface (2). The density, width, depth, arrangement, orientation, course and cross sectional form of the grooves, are matched with predetermined impregnation characteristics of the fibrous blank. In one region, the grooves have a particular surface density, in another region they have a different surface density. In yet another region, the grooves are inclined with respect to a line connecting an inlet (8) and an outlet (9). The angle of inclination is in the range 0[deg] - 90[deg] . Groove widths differ in different areas, within the range 0.1-0.4 mm. An auxiliary material (4) arranged on the surface, is permeable to the matrix material. The inlet and outlet for supply and removal of matrix material, are located in different planes.
|
