A wrong-connection protection circuit for a car battery equalizer is provided to block voltage to prevent a first battery and a second battery from overcharging in case plural power lines are wrong-connected. A wrong-connection protection circuit for a car battery equalizer comprises a first battery and a second battery connected to plural power lines, a converter outputting the same voltage with plural output lines, and a protective unit(30) connected between the converter and the first and second batteries. The protective unit, which is connected between the plural power lines and the plural output lines, blocks a circuit between the converter and the first and second batteries if the plural power lines are wrong-connected. The output lines have a first output line(L1), a second output line(L2), and a third output line(L3). The power lines have a first power line, a second power line, and a third power line. The protective unit includes a first switch(31) connected with the first and second output lines and the first and second power lines, and a second switch(32) connected with the second and third output lines and the second and third power lines. The first switch and the second switch are commonly connected with the second output line.
