A mounting structure of an icemaker case for a refrigerator is provided to facilitate attachment and removal of the icemaker case to/from a freezer compartment door without using an additional fastener by hanging the front and lateral sides of the icemaker case onto the back and of the freezer compartment door. A mounting structure of an icemaker case for a refrigerator comprises a freezer compartment door(100), an icemaker(200), an icemaker case(202), and a fastening unit. The freezer compartment door selectively opens and closes a freezer compartment. The icemaker, provided on a back of the freezer compartment door, comprises a water tank(210) for storing water, an ice making compartment(220) provided below the water tank for producing ice cubes, and an ice bank(230) provided below the ice making compartment for storing ice cubes. The icemaker case forms an external appearance of the icemaker. The fastening unit allows the icemaker case to be hung and secured onto the back of the freezer compartment door without using any additional fasteners. The fastening unit comprises a front mounting tool for hanging of one side of the icemaker case onto the back side of the freezer compartment door, and a side mounting tool for hanging of a lateral side of the icemaker case onto an inner periphery of the freezer compartment door.
