A mobile communication terminal having an echo elimination function is provided to perform an echo processing function by inputting a substantial output signal of a speaker which has almost no difference from size of a signal fed back to an echo canceller through a microphone, thereby efficiently eliminating echo phenomenon. An audio reproducer(131) reproduces and outputs an audio signal. An output amplifier(132) amplifies the signal outputted from the audio reproducer(131) in certain strength, and outputs the amplified signal to a speaker(180). An echo canceller(135), which includes a filter(136) and a signal synthesizer(137), offsets echo components included in a signal inputted from a microphone(190) by using the amplified audio signal outputted from the output amplifier(132). A controller controls a mobile communication terminal and includes a data processor.
