摘要 <p>An electronic device, a display device, an interface circuit, and a differential amplification device, which are constituted by using thin-film transistors, are provided to amplify directly input current by using at least one lateral bipolar thin film transistor, MOS-bipolar hybrid thin film transistor, and a MOS transistor. An electronic device includes a plurality of semiconductor devices. The semiconductor devices are formed on an insulating substrate(101). The semiconductor devices are formed by using a semiconductor thin film. The semiconductor thin film(105) is formed on a semiconductor thin film crystallized in a predetermined direction. The semiconductor devices include a MOS transistor, and at least either one of a lateral bipolar thin film transistor(100) and a MOS-bipolar hybrid thin film transistor.</p>
