<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for wheel, which prevents an inner ring from coming off in an assembling step for a vehicle without adversely affecting bearing functions, and suppresses deformation of a hub ring in application of a load to prevent creeping of the inner ring. <P>SOLUTION: A stepped part 16 is provided on the inner periphery on the inboard-side end surface of the inner ring 10. A caulked part 9c to be engaged with a step surface 16c turned in the axial direction of the stepped part 16 of the inner ring 10 is provided at an inboard-side end of the hub ring 9 by diameter extending crimping. The caulked part 9c is formed by diameter-extending and caulking a part thinned by providing a hub inner diameter step part 11c on the inner circumference of the inboard-side end of the hub ring 9.
