PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking-lens driving-control device that prevents interference among lens groups while simultaneously driving a plurality of lens groups constituting the taking-lens by respective driving devices, even at low ambient temperatures. SOLUTION: The taking-lens driving-control device includes: the lens groups 1A, 1B and 1C having variable magnification function; the lens driving devices 4A, 4B and 4C for driving the lens groups 1A, 1B and 1C, respectively; a control device 5 configured to control each of the lens driving devices 4A, 4B and4C to adjust the driving speed of each of the lens groups; lens position detecting devices 9A, 9B and 9C configured to detect a position of each of the lens groups 1A, 1B and 1C; and a temperature sensor 6C for measuring the ambient temperature. When the lens driving devices 4A, 4B and 4C drive the lens groups 1A, 1B and 1C simultaneously, in adjusting the driving speed in accordance with the positional relationship among the lens groups 1A, 1B and 1C detected by the lens position detecting devices 9A, 9B and 9C, the driving speed adjustment limit value is changed by the control device 5 in accordance with the measurement result by the temperature sensor 6C.
