PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive mechanism having a stopper not generating impact noise with fewer components. SOLUTION: In the lens drive mechanism 1, the stopper limiting the range for the moving lens 10 has: projections 91, 92 projecting from the rotating body 8; and thin flat projections 95a, 95b, 96a, 96b of the plate 25 in the fixed body 20. When the stopper mechanism 9 works, the thin flat projections 95a, 95b, 96a, 96b elastically contact the projections 91, 92 to produce no noise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
