PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen capable of obtaining an excellent image having uniform brightness and high contrast and free from irregularity, and to provide a video display system. SOLUTION: The reflection screen 10 is provided with: light transmission parts 12 formed in unit prism shape in a section orthogonal to a screen surface; light absorption parts 13 formed to be alternately arranged with the light transmission parts 12; and a reflection layer 14 formed on the back surface side, wherein the shape of the light transmission part 12 is changed as it goes away from a video source L in a direction where the light transmission part 12 and the light absorption part 13 are arranged. An angle formed by a first surface 12a nearer to the video source L out of two surfaces, which are the boundary surfaces of the light transmission part 12 with the light absorption part 13, with the normal direction of the screen surface gets larger as it goes away from the video source L, and an angle formed by a second surface 12b, which is the other surface, with the normal direction of the screen surface gets smaller as it goes away from the video source L.
