PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating electric power by using force of a dropping weight. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft is turned by using the force of the dropping weight. The dropped weight is lifted to an uppermost part by using the spring and pulley. Power generation is carried out by dropping the weight more times and continuously turning the rotary shaft, and the generator is pollution-free, not consuming fuel or the like.
