PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology effective for preventing fuel condensation at a part near an injection hole in a fuel injection valve injecting fuel from the injection hole of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve 10 includes a coated part where the base material surface is coated by coating film having high fuel flow properties in a downstream section on the injection hole 42a side from a valve abutment surface 41b on which a ball valve 32 of a valve 30 abuts.
